3. Customer orders are routed at the zip code level, maximizing the efficiency of routing choices.

4. CfM works with a reliable and extensive network of mass merchant approved carriers. To ensure needed capacity and reliability, we maintain relationships with more than 165 transportation providers. Since CfM is carrier agnostic, its only motivations are price and service. Plus, as significant customers of these carriers, we get preferred pricing and responsive service.

5. Quality execution is ensured with our integrated, real-time reporting indicators, backed by experienced full-time support staff at key shipping locations. With this on-the-ground capability, CfM can manage and fulfill both shipper- and carrier-specific requirements; verify that timetables are met; and make certain issues are immediately addressed.
